Summer Youth Fitness Program

After doing research to find a workout program for kids, that doesn’t take much instruction from an adult but is still fun, I found an Android and iOS compatible app called “Sworkit Kids.”  This is a body weight only program that has workouts for Strength, Agility, and Flexibility! Each workout is between 5 – 60 minutes and can grow their fitness level grows.  The app is designed for kids between the ages of 7 and 14.  To give them encouragement, it features guidance and demonstrations by kids of the same age.
